    The Walters Method

    What is Deep Tissue Massage?

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. The massage techniques are used to break down muscle knots that can disrupt circulation and cause pain.

    Why choose Deep Tissue Massage?

Deep tissue massage can help posture and can loosen painful knots which realigns deeper layers of muscle through a combination of firm pressure and slow strokes.

    What is it good for?

Deep tissue massage will work out the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue. It is particularly suited to those who do a lot of sport, or for those who have a bad posture from sitting down all day at work.

    What is the cost?

Deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage - £45 (30 minutes)
Deep tissue full body massage - £55 (60 minutes)
