    What is Swedish Massage?

    Swedish massage targets the upper layer of muscles to help relieve tension. It uses long relaxing strokes, kneading and rhythmic tapping.

    Why choose Swedish Massage?

    Swedish massage is gentler than some other forms of massage so is suited to those seeking relaxation through releasing muscle tension.

    It is customisable to your needs. If you have a particular area of concern, such as a stiff neck, shoulders or back pain more time can be spent massaging this area. You can ask for light, medium, or firm pressure on the whole body or just a particular area.

    What is it good for?

    Swedish massage can help loosen up tight muscles and tension in your back, hips, shoulders, arms and neck caused by daily activities such as desk / house / gardenwork or exercising. It can also:

    Back, neck and shoulder massage - £35 (45 minutes)

    Full body massage - £55 (75 minutes)

    Please allow 10 minutes either side of your massage for completing a client history form and resting before leaving the clinic.
