TWM is a body-based psychotherapy focusing on felt sensations (feelings) that do not require the client to talk about their issues in detail

It gives the individual a toolkit to transform thoughts feelings and memories that affect their mental, emotional and physical health.

TWM is short term therapy usually over three to five one-hour long sessions. It guides an individual to a calmer, more compassionate and empowered state of mind with a healthier perspective on themselves and their lives.
