I offer Reiki treatments and attunements to Master level, The Bowen Technique, Clinical Reflexology (IIR) and Indian Head Massage.

My Reiki practice began in 2003 followed by The Bowen Technique in 2006. Over the next few years my experience with Bowen grew with Post Graduate training in Smart Bowen; Art of Bowen and Fascia Bowen. Indian Head Massage was added in 2016 and in 2018 IIR qualification in Clinical Reflexology.

My previous career was in the textile industry; fabric designer; technologist; national sales manager. With health problems I discovered first hand the benefits of complementary therapies and in 2003 began to learn and practice the same.
