I am a Reiki Practitioner, Level 2. My qualifications also include BA (Hons) Counselling & Psychology in Community Settings and MSc Community & Critical Social Psychology.
I began studying and practicing Reiki 9 years ago, receiving my Level 2 qualification in 2013. Since then, I have continued to build my experience and develop my knowledge of Reiki in private practice and in voluntary settings. I am a Reiki Association verified practitioner and CNHC registered.
I am a member of The Reiki Association, Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
I have previously worked in a variety of community settings both as a volunteer and as a freelance researcher.
My primary focus is to provide a welcoming and safe space where clients can rest and re-balance their bodies and minds.
I was drawn to the practice of Reiki by the simplicity of its approach. It is a therapy that is accessible to everyone and can be practiced safely and effectively alongside any medical intervention.

It is my belief that we all have the capacity for self-healing and the ability to move forward in our lives in a way that feels both healthy and good. As a Reiki practitioner, I aim to work with clients to help facilitate this process.
