I am a highly trained energy and spiritual healer who is also a lifetime student of my craft. My life has been enhanced by fully embracing the dynamic way that I experience the energy that is all around and within us and this Earth. The development of this relationship, has lead me down many paths of learning and wisdom seeking which I use to enhance and enrich the healing sessions that I offer to my clients.

I use my own lived experience of being a survivor of serious illness and trauma to approach my work with compassion and acceptance. I walk the walk as well as talk the talk when it comes to energy healing and I know how it has changed and bettered my own life experience.

I began my Usui Reiki training in 2011, and since then I have worked diligently and slowly to become a Reiki Master and build up my knowledge of this extraordinary ancient energetic healing system (I will shortly be undertaking my Usui Reiki teacher training so that I can share my love of Reiki with others).

In addition to traditional Usui Reiki healing, I am an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher which allows me to work with the energy of Ascended Angelic energies and Master Guides for powerful and transformative healing.

I also work with a unique from of elemental Reiki called Tera Mai™ & Seichem which is an interesting energy healing therapy that accesses the ascended forms of the four elements of Divine Earth, air, fire and water alongside elements of Ancient Egyptian philosophy, Kabbalistic prayer and Angelic Reiki to clear and transmute stuck and stagnant energy. This truly transformative form of work also focuses on cord cutting, emotional and mental clearing, past-life and ancestral healing, oversoul communication and void filling with ascended rays of energies to assist in the process of bringing about seismic life changes. This work brings about subtle but profound changes which are sought following big life events or as part of a concerted healing journey. I bring in elements (such a spring and well water) that I have gathered from the local surrounding area to carry out this work.

I take a holistic and bespoke approach to how I treat each person by taking into account other environmental factors (such as stress, grief or illness) and use this to help promote and target healing.

I passionately believe that healing should be accessible and intersectional, so that it can be experienced by anyone and everyone. Although I describe myself as a healer on my professional pages, I know that at the core of my work, is the ability to safely hold space in which the healing process can be cultivated and explored by the individual.
