I was drawn to Homeopathy as a natural approach to health for my own children and completed basic training in Homeopathy over 30 years ago. This led me to follow full training to Diploma level in Homeopathy and to establish Ilkley Complementary Therapies in 2002, soon after qualifying.

Homeopathy prompted my interest in other natural, holistic approaches to health and wellbeing. The Bowen Technique can bring great relief to musculoskeletal difficulties. Reiki energy can offer peace and healing for the whole body. I began to also use flower essences as an additional support on the emotional front. I qualified with the Yorkshire School of Homeopathy, the European College of Bowen Studies, the Art of Bowen, and the Essentially Flowers training in flower essence use.

I work now in a way that brings together whatever combination of approaches is most suited to each individual who consults me. This includes people of all ages and with many varied physical and emotional imbalances.

I am a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths, the College of Bowen Studies and the British Flower and Vibrational Essence Association.

I was employed for over thirty years in public sector management and in education. I am also a Director of Yorkshire Flower Essences, making and marketing the Bailey, Bach, Scintilla and Verbeia ranges of flower essences and related products.
